I would like to recommend Roan and Murphey for the Quality Assurance Team. Both have demonstrated the skills, dedication, and mindset needed to excel in this role, and I'm confident they would be valuable additions to the team.

I am very pleased with Kimberly so far. She has been learning how we do recruiting and she learns quickly. She communicates very well with me and my staff. She has very good phone demeanor and has already screened several caregiver applicants for us. She has been eager to learn and has been open to feedback. She has become part of our team during her two weeks working with us. I can see her handling recruiting and also getting involved in scheduling and general operations. 

I wanted to acknowledge Sofia's outstanding performance as a caregiver recruiter. Recruiting for caregivers can be very challenging and I wanted to share a couple of metrics with you for Sofia's performance. From July 29 to October 20, 2024, Sofia has phone screened 182 caregiver applicants and offered onboarding to 103 new hires. Sofia has demonstrated a proactive approach and exceptional organizational skills, which have greatly contributed to achieving these results. Her ability to quickly source, screen, and coordinate with hiring managers has led to a noticeable improvement in our hiring timelines. She is always a team player and is willing to help her peers. I am extremely pleased with Sofia's performance.

I saw the short video for the podcast. I am LOVING all these videos going out non stop. Our website traffic is VERY HIGH and its DIRECT traffic so people are coming to our site, 100s every single day! I know social media is funneling folks too. This strategy is great because I am busting ass to do podcasts and speak at events and have stuff recorded. You taking those items and repurposing them is just staying top of mind for folks. And the variety of boot camps, podcasts, promotions, and all the traveling I post from the road, is just incredible. Its something so overwhelming that our competitors simply CANNOT keep up!  This is awesome Claudine. I am very happy with you so far!  THANK YOU!
 

Paul Angelo is doing a great job with intake calls/phone assessments during the
weekend. He handles everything and gathers all the important information. He's also excellent at sending out Docusign documents. Paul's contributions are highly valued and recognized as great work. We really appreciate what Paul is doing during the weekend. He's doing great!

David has been doing very well with scheduling here for CTSH. He picks things up quickly. He communicates well with clients and CG's alike. He builds rapport with clients and CGs which helps when working with the schedule's daily changes!

Edrianne has a great voice and a professional demeanor. He consistently appears calm and in control, and he takes instructions positively. He has a strong grasp of handling Live-In cases and shows potential for independence in finding solutions and getting tasks done. He brings positive energy and remains graceful under pressure. He completes tasks on time and is reliable. Attendance-wise, Edrianne is dependable. Edrianne is on the right track, and we're excited to see what's next for him.

Amy and Sonia are doing great! If anything I haven't been doing a good job of communicating and ensuring we are setting them up for success. This role has a lot of moving parts and experience needed to be able to master it, but I believe I have the best 2 candidates in Sonia and Amy. They are perfect. I'm looking forward to our future together and know we will work through all the challenges ahead. I love how they are willing to adjust when needed and understand how to communicate to address any problems that arise.

Rjay is phenomenal at immersing himself in the way our company approaches all staffing details from daily duties to complex and difficult situations. He is a great communicator. Effectively listens, follows up when tasks are completed, asks for clarity when needed. Proactively seeks solutions prior to calling for support & truly tries to exhaust all potential resources to trouble shoot any situation or open shift himself before outsourcing help. We truly wish he could be available Mon-Fri again for our team and if his availability ever opens up again we would love to have continuity with him for our business operating hours.
