WHAT IS BPO, AND HOW DOES A BPO COMPANY WORK?

Business process outsourcing (BPO) is a subset of outsourcing in business process management (BPM) that involves the contracting of the operations and responsibilities of a specific business process to a third-party service provider called BPO Company. A BPO provider typically handles non-core business activities which includes internal business functions in customer care services, back office process, inside sales support, IT and accounts functions. The main advantage of any BPO company is the way in which it helps increase a company’s flexibility, operational efficiency and internal cost reduction through onshore and Offshore BPO facility centers managed by a BPO Company.
